We are hosting a course wine pairing evening in partnership with Diamond Estates, featuring a selection of Ontario wines paired with our foods and desserts. $55 per person, contact us for reservations.

1st course

2nd course

Salade Maison, with pomegranate vinaigrette, berries and walnuts
Paired with: EastDell Summer Rosé

Main Course

Poulet a la Florentine (boneless chicken filled with ricotta & spinach) served with sarlat potatoes and seasonal vegetables
Paired with: McMichael Cabernet Merlot

Brochette de Filet de Porc, sauce Normande (mushroom-dijon cream sauce) served with fresh herb risotto
